Rental Policies

Please review the following policies before booking or operating a Veltroxy rental vehicle.

Last Updated: July 13, 2026
These policies provide general information for website visitors. The signed Rental Agreement contains the complete terms for each individual rental.

1. Reservation Approval

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability, identity verification, driver eligibility, insurance verification where required, payment authorization, acceptance of the Rental Agreement, and final approval by Veltroxy.

A reservation request or preliminary payment does not guarantee that a vehicle will be released.

2. Authorized Drivers

Only drivers who have been approved by Veltroxy and listed in the Rental Agreement may operate the vehicle.

Each driver must satisfy all age, licensing, identity, insurance, and payment requirements.

Allowing an unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle may result in fees, termination of the rental, loss of protection, or other remedies under the Rental Agreement.

3. Mileage Policy

100 Miles Included per rental day
$2.99 Standard excess rate per mile

Each rental includes 100 miles per rental day. Included mileage is calculated over the total rental period unless the Rental Agreement states otherwise.

Unused mileage does not create a cash credit or refund.

Mileage above the included allowance is charged at $2.99 per mile, unless a different excess-mileage rate is disclosed for the specific vehicle or reservation in the Rental Agreement.

Odometer readings may be recorded at pickup and return.

4. Fuel Policy

Veltroxy vehicles must be fueled with premium gasoline.

Renters should use 93-octane premium fuel, or the highest premium grade reasonably available when 93 octane is unavailable, unless the vehicle or Rental Agreement specifically requires a different grade.

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup. Renters may also be required to provide fuel receipts.

If the vehicle is returned below the required fuel level, or if improper fuel is used, the renter may be responsible for:

  • Refueling charges.
  • Service costs.
  • Towing expenses.
  • Vehicle repairs.
  • Loss-of-use charges.
  • Other resulting amounts permitted by the Rental Agreement.

5. Security Deposit

Standard Refundable Deposit $750

The standard refundable security deposit is $750, unless a different amount is disclosed for a particular vehicle, driver, or reservation.

The deposit is generally authorized or collected before the vehicle is released.

The security deposit may be applied to authorized amounts, including:

  • Excess mileage.
  • Fuel charges.
  • Tolls and tickets.
  • Cleaning charges.
  • Smoking-remediation fees.
  • Late-return charges.
  • Vehicle damage.
  • Missing items.
  • Other unpaid balances.

Any eligible remaining balance is released or refunded after the vehicle is returned and the rental is reviewed, subject to bank and payment-processor timing.

6. Pickup, Delivery, and Airport Transportation

Pickup near Orlando International Airport is generally conducted through a nearby shuttle location rather than at the airport terminal curb.

Customers must follow the pickup instructions provided after booking.

Optional delivery may be available to select locations for an additional charge. Availability, delivery windows, and fees are confirmed during booking.

The renter remains responsible for arriving on time and providing accurate travel information.

7. Rental Period and Late Returns

The vehicle must be returned at the date, time, and location stated in the Rental Agreement unless Veltroxy approves an extension in writing.

Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional payment.

30–119 Minutes Late

May be charged up to one-half of the applicable daily rental rate.

2 Hours or More Late

May be charged an additional full rental day and other applicable amounts.

Continued possession of the vehicle without authorization may be treated as unauthorized use of the vehicle.

8. Smoking, Vaping, and Cleaning

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all Veltroxy vehicles.

Evidence of smoking, vaping, ash, burns, strong odor, or related residue may result in a smoking-remediation fee of up to $250, plus additional costs when permitted by the Rental Agreement.

Vehicles should be returned in reasonably clean condition.

Excessive dirt, stains, spills, pet hair, odors, trash, biohazards, or other conditions requiring extraordinary cleaning may result in a cleaning fee of up to $250, plus additional remediation or damage charges when applicable.

9. Tolls, Parking, Tickets, and Violations

The renter is responsible for all expenses incurred during the rental period, including:

  • Tolls.
  • Parking charges.
  • Traffic citations.
  • Camera violations.
  • Towing charges.
  • Impound fees.
  • Other violations or expenses.

Veltroxy may charge the payment method or security deposit for these amounts, together with processing or administrative charges authorized by the Rental Agreement and applicable law.

10. Insurance and Responsibility for Loss

All drivers must satisfy Veltroxy’s insurance and verification requirements before the rental begins.

The renter is responsible for understanding the coverage, exclusions, deductibles, and obligations that apply to the reservation.

The renter must promptly report any:

  • Accident or vehicle damage.
  • Theft or vandalism.
  • Warning light or mechanical concern.
  • Police contact.
  • Roadside incident.
  • Other issue involving the vehicle.

The vehicle may not be repaired, towed, or moved by a third party without authorization, except in a genuine emergency.

Responsibility for damage, loss, towing, storage, diminished value, administrative expenses, and loss of use is governed by the Rental Agreement and applicable law.

11. Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing, Veltroxy vehicles may not be used for:

Racing Speed testing Track use Drifting Towing Pushing another vehicle Rideshare services Delivery services Commercial transportation Driver training Off-road use Illegal activity Hazardous materials Unauthorized drivers Impaired driving

Additional prohibited uses may be listed in the Rental Agreement.

12. Pets and Vehicle Care

Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance by Veltroxy.

The renter must protect the vehicle from spills, stains, scratches, odors, excessive wear, and misuse.

The following items must be returned with the vehicle:

  • Vehicle keys.
  • Charging accessories.
  • Vehicle documents.
  • License plates.
  • Toll devices.
  • Other items provided with the vehicle.

13. Mechanical Issues and Roadside Assistance

Contact Veltroxy promptly if a warning light, tire issue, mechanical concern, or roadside problem occurs.

Do not continue driving when doing so could cause additional damage or create a safety risk.

Unauthorized repairs or replacement parts may not be reimbursed.

14. Cancellations, Changes, and Extensions

Cancellation, modification, and extension terms may vary by reservation.

Applicable terms will be disclosed during booking or in the Rental Agreement.

Extensions are not effective until approved by Veltroxy and any additional payment or deposit authorization has been completed.
